With its classic styling and ultra performance, a package equally exciting and tasteful, Triumph Speed Twin 1200 2025 is a motorbike that has the best of both worlds. Thanks to improvements in its engine, suspension and electronics, this modern classic is even more responsive than ever.
Refined Design with Retro Charm
The 2025 Speed Twin 1200 doesn t alter its profile, but introduces minor design design changes. The teardrop shaped fuel tank, circular four LED headlamp and bar end mirrors gives it a nice, smooth muscular feel. The iconic instrument panel has gained a USB-C charging port which means a new touch of retro style tangled with the most up-to-date functionalities. Painted in flashy colours such as Aluminium Silver, Carnival Red, and Crystal White, the bike is as cool as it is to ride.
More Power, Same Character
Speed Twin 1200 has a heart beating at 1,200cc liquid-cooled parallel-twin engine. In 2025, Triumph has increased the power to 105 PS and 112 Nm of torque with new cams, new throttle bodies on the powertrain and a freer-flowing exhaust. The engine has revved further with capability of reaching 8,000 rpm providing much greater top-end but it still has the grunt that is typical of this car. In combination with a 6-speed transmission and a slipper-clutch, the ride is powerful yet comfortable in any of the gears.
Sharper Handling with Premium Suspension
Triumph has improved chassis with Marzocchi USD in the front side and twin Marzocchi shock in the back end. The modifications enhance both cornering and ride stability and comfort resulting in a more agile but not less relaxed bike. The RS version goes another step by having adjustable suspension fully, Öhlins rear shock as well as Brembo Stylema brakes to satisfy those in need of racing track performance.
Smart Tech for Confident Riding
The 2025 Speed Twin 1200 has lean-sensitive ABS and traction-control, making it safer in a spirited ride. There are modes of riding such as Road and Rain, which alter response of the throttle and traction to specific conditions. The RS version has a Sport mode and a bi-directional quickshifter which returns smooth changes without clutch use.
Pricing and Availability
The regular Speed Twin 1200 retails at 12.75 lakh Indian rupees, whereas the RS has been priced at 15.50 lakh Indian rupees (ex-showroom) in India. The two models are on sale and delivery has begun since at the Triumph dealerships.
